An update from Las Vegas...

Froggy here again! I miss everyone back in class but since returning from Disneyland I've been a busy frog. I spent New Years in Las Vegas and got to watch the fireworks from a roof. I was going to head down to the famous Las Vegas Strip for New Years but I got too claustrophobic and there weren't enough flies to eat. While here I spent some time learning about Las Vegas and learned that it's almost 107 years old! I got a chance to go pose for some photos with the Welcome To Las Vegas sign in the background like any good tourist and discovered that the sign was built in 1959 by a woman named Betty Willis. Before leaving I was offered a chance to go to the top of the Stratosphere (the tallest building west of the Mississippi River!) but I decided not to. I've included some scenic photos of both the Strip and the Stratosphere. I'm heading off to Chicago in just a few days so I'll check in soon!

Las Vegas has so many bright lights.

This is a very tall building!

Here I am in the city that never sleeps with my new friends.
